Job Description & Requirements:
- Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Architecture / Structure / Mechanic / Hydraulic / Electrical / Civil or a related field.
- Assist Digital Delivery Manager to coordinate and implement all required procedures at the discipline level and in compliance with client, project and International / National / Company / Project standards.
- Lead and coordinate discipline regarding information model delivery, Models, drawings, coordinated federated model.
- Knowledgeable with 8 years of experience in the discipline’s Digital Delivery Procedures, Execution, Implementation, Responsibilities, Accountabilities, Coordination, Scope of works, Deliverables.
- Services Knowledge in the discipline Level such as, Modeling, Production, Design Authoring, Design Review, Visualization, Clash Detection, Clash Resolution, 3D Coordination, Authority Submission, Quantity Estimation.
- Guide discipline delivery team and coordinate discipline subjects with Digital Delivery Manager to Create/Develop Information Model in the project delivery phase.
- Support Digital Delivery Manager to implement Concurrent Modeling and Coordination process in the respective discipline and being responsible for implementation of this approach in discipline level.
- Create and coordinate discipline Information Modeling process to comply with office and project guidelines, and in coordination with Digital Delivery Manager.
- Guide Digital Delivery team to create discipline Information Model from Design Markups provided in different form and format such as, notes, sketches, DWFx, PDF, CAD, Images.
- Organized mindset and detail oriented to identify Information Model challenges, prioritize and coordinate them with Digital Delivery Manager in the discipline level.
- Coordinate and collaboratively work with the team to create and deliver discipline drawings based on submission packages and towards to meet deadlines.
- Guide the team and being hands-on to Create, Extract and Manager project drawings from information model in compliance with office/project standards and under supervision of Digital Delivery Manager.
- Guide the discipline delivery members and being hands-on in preparation of tender drawings under supervision of Digital Delivery Manager
- Get assure that critical areas of the discipline are well presented, dimensioned, and described in drawings.
- Assist Digital Delivery Manager to develop project wide federated model with specific views, sections, and other required materials to enable project members from design and delivery team to study project.
- Export discipline model in the form of IFC/NWC files based on project stage and needs to be used for federated model development
