Job Description & Requirements:
- Lead and facilitate design charrettes, brainstorming sessions, and workshops to generate creative ideas and concepts.
- Oversee the development of design concepts that align with project objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring effective coordination of design activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and other departments to integrate architectural designs into overall project objectives.
- Ensure alignment with project constraints, building codes, and industry standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for design projects, including design briefs, specifications, and project reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in architectural design leadership with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficient in architectural design software and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
- Ability to balance creativity with practical considerations and project constraints.
