Project Manager

An Architectural Project Manager should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of architectural principles and construction processes. They play a pivotal role in delivering successful architectural projects on time and within budget.

1. Lead and manage interdisciplinary project teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and contractors.
2. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
3. Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
4. Oversee the architectural design process, ensuring that design concepts align with project requirements and client expectations.
5. Coordinate with internal design teams or external architects to maintain design integrity.
6. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10 years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager with a successful track record of managing architectural projects.
